A Round Table

Abstract

“Is it possible to consider internationally appreciated writers, who are active on the web, influencers?”. Moreover, “Might literary culture be of inspiration as much as other forms of digital influence, in this era of easy and whimsical self-proclaimed and much followed influencers?”. This Round table open to PhD candidates of the Course in Digital Humanities (University of Genoa and University of Turin) is a launching pad for a debate on Literary celebrities and the world of the new media, especially through the analysis of official websites of internationally renowned writers.
