Abstract

The paper offers an updated analysis of Vattimo’s weak thought. The first aim is to dispel possible misunderstandings concerning the underlying notions of truth, reality, rationality (Section 1). The second aim is to stress the consequent meaning of “weakness”, with special attention to its impact and relevance for the current practice of philosophical logic (Section 2).
